Video guide

Start with a better source for your YouTube video

An older or low-resolution clip may look soft in a newer edit. Enhance a sample of your own source before editing; do not expect an upload setting to recover missing detail.

Separate source quality from playback quality

Compare your local source with the uploaded playback. A problem already visible in the source needs a source-level fix.

Playback quality also depends on platform processing, selected quality and the viewer connection. AI enhancement does not control those factors.

Check your final export

Resolution

Choose the dimensions your project needs and check the enhanced source fits without unintended stretching.

Frame rate

Keep a consistent frame rate unless your edit intentionally changes motion. More frames do not restore missing detail.

Compression

Avoid repeated lossy exports. Keep a good-quality local master before creating a delivery copy.

Audio and playback

Watch the final file with sound before uploading. Check sync, transitions and any clips that were enhanced.

Use enhancement where it helps the edit

An occasional old clip may benefit from clearer edges or texture. Check the sample at the size it will occupy in the finished video.

ClearFrame does not guarantee an exact 1080p export or offer a 4K delivery promise. Check the resulting dimensions before building a timeline around them.

Do not upscale an already clear source just to chase a larger resolution label. Judge whether the actual picture improves.

Try your clip before paying

01

Choose and upload a short original

Create an account and upload an MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV or WebM file, up to 500 MiB. Start with a short clip you have permission to process.

02

Review the free sample preview

Compare the original and enhanced sample in motion. Check faces, text, fine patterns and the actual output dimensions.

03

Choose how to pay

One video up to 30 seconds, 30 fps and 1080p input for US$2.99 before applicable tax. Standard enhancement, no subscription or credit pack.

04

Enhance and download

If the preview meets your needs, enhance the full clip and download the result. Processing time varies with the clip and queue.

Keep the workflow simple

  • Use footage you own or have permission to reuse.
  • Test the worst-looking short section before processing a longer clip.
  • Compare at normal speed, not only on a paused frame.
  • Check current YouTube upload guidance for your final delivery settings.
