1. Service Overview

ClearFrame ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered video enhancement service operated from Taiwan. We provide cloud-based video super-resolution processing using the FlashVSR diffusion model. By accessing or using our service at clearframevideo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

  • You may register using an email address and password, or via Google OAuth.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Credit System & Payments

  • ClearFrame uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no subscriptions.
  • Credits are purchased in packs via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
  • 1 credit = 300 frames of enhanced video. Credit cost is calculated based on video duration and frame rate.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction, handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

4. Refund Policy

No result, no charge.

  • Processing failures: If your video enhancement fails for any technical reason, the credits reserved for that job are automatically refunded to your account. No action required.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel a job before it completes, reserved credits are refunded.
  • Successful enhancements: Credits consumed by a successfully completed enhancement are non-refundable, as the GPU processing cost has been incurred.
  • Credit pack purchases: Since credits are digital goods consumed immediately upon use, credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected].
  • Free preview: Every video receives a free 1-second preview so you can judge the quality before committing credits.

5. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all videos you upload and all enhanced outputs.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  • You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your video solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClearFrame to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Process content depicting child exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or interfere with our service infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.
  • Resell the service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Processing times depend on GPU availability, video length, and system load.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClearFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
