1. Service Overview

ClearFrame ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered video enhancement service operated from Taiwan. We provide cloud-based video super-resolution processing using the ReCaVSR diffusion model. By accessing or using our service at clearframevideo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

AI quality limitations

  • Results depend on source resolution, compression, blur, motion and subject matter. AI may invent or alter textures, faces and text, and may introduce flicker or other artifacts. A larger output does not guarantee more accurate detail or a particular improvement.
  • A free 1-second preview is available before spending credits. It is a sample, not a guarantee of quality across the full video. You may choose to skip it and start full conversion after reviewing the credit cost.
  • Keep your original video and review the output before using it. Enhanced details are not verified facts and should not be relied on as the sole basis for identification, forensic evidence or other consequential decisions.

2. Account Registration

  • You may register using an email address and password, or via Google OAuth.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Credit System & Payments

  • ClearFrame uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no subscriptions.
  • Credits are purchased in packs via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
  • 1 credit = 300 frames of enhanced video. Credit cost is calculated based on video duration and frame rate.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction, handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

Single-video purchases cover only the selected video and processing settings, not wallet credits. One free retry is included for a confirmed processing failure. If we cannot deliver the video, we refund the original payment method. Duplicate or unusable purchases are refunded. A successful conversion is not a guarantee of subjective quality; the quality limitations and statutory rights below still apply.

4. Refund Policy

No result, no charge

  • Processing failures: Reserved credits are returned automatically once a technical failure is confirmed. Returning job credits is not a cash refund of a credit-pack purchase.
  • Cancellations: Requesting cancellation does not immediately stop processing. Reserved credits are returned after cancellation is confirmed; a job that completes before cancellation may be charged.
  • Completed conversions: We do not normally return used credits or issue cash refunds solely because of subjective dissatisfaction with sharpness, style or expected improvement, where the service was delivered as described and the disclosed AI limitations apply. The exceptions and consumer rights below still apply.
  • Credit-pack purchases: There is no automatic money-back guarantee for a change of mind. Requests about unused credits, mistaken charges or cash refunds are assessed under applicable law and Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Purchasing credits alone does not mean they have all been consumed.
  • Free preview: We recommend trying the sample before paying or starting full conversion. Skipping the preview does not waive your statutory rights or our responsibility to deliver the service as described.
  • Mandatory rights: Nothing here excludes applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or undelivered services, or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Starting conversion or buying credits alone is not treated as a blanket waiver. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, may also issue refunds under its own terms.
  • Problems with delivery or billing: If a file is missing, unplayable, materially inconsistent with the service description, or a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number and job ID. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include reprocessing, credit restoration or a cash refund where applicable. Credit restoration does not replace a cash refund required by law.

5. Your Content

  • You retain full ownership of all videos you upload and all enhanced outputs.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  • You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your video solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.
  • You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClearFrame to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • Process content depicting child exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or interfere with our service infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.
  • Resell the service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Processing times depend on GPU availability, video length, and system load.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
  • Original uploads and previews are retained for 72 hours from upload; full enhanced results are retained for 72 hours from conversion completion. Download within the displayed deadline and keep your own backup. Dashboard removal immediately hides the job and disables its share page, while files remain for authorized review until their existing deadlines. Files may be erased earlier for terms violations. Scheduled erasure and outage retries are explained in our Privacy Policy; permanently erased files cannot be restored.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClearFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies for nonconforming services, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to Terms

These clarifications apply to purchases and conversion requests made after publication on October 18, 2026. We will not use a later policy to remove rights or promises attached to an earlier purchase. Material future changes will be announced through the service or by email, with consent obtained where required by law.
